Let's talk

The Learning Company

We build AI learning tools for kids: Lexie for studying, Yomi for reading, and Linnea for exploring the natural world.

Learning lives
between the lines

Learning sticks when you work through something yourself and it finally clicks.

We build tools for that kind of work: apps that ask questions, give feedback, and adapt to what a kid already knows.

Education first, technology second

Every feature has to help someone learn better, or it doesn't ship.

Tools that include everyone

We design for kids with learning differences, kids studying in a second language, and families without a tutor budget.

Adapts to each kid

Kids need different things at different times, so our tools adjust level and pace instead of pushing everyone down the same path.

Our solutions

LexieLearn app interface

Lexie

Lexie is a study companion that helps students revise and learn. Photograph or upload your notes or materials and Lexie builds practice around them, gives feedback, and shows what still needs work.

Yomi app interface

Yomi

Yomi is a virtual pet that grows when your child reads to it. Reading aloud keeps Yomi fed and evolving, which keeps kids coming back to read a little more every day.

Linnea app interface

Linnea

Linnea turns wild plants into a digital herbarium. Kids photograph the plants they find, Linnea identifies them, and every find becomes a numbered specimen in a collection they can share.

The story

I started Interlinear because I want every kid to have the moment where learning clicks, that feeling of "I can actually do this."

Right now that moment depends on luck. You get a great teacher, or a patient parent, or you figure it out on your own. Most kids never do, and they decide they're bad at school when really nobody ever showed them how to learn.

AI can put someone in every kid's corner: a tutor with endless patience that explains things as many times, and in as many ways, as it takes. That's what we're building.
